    To ensure that you are satisfied even after your purchase, when you visit CONTÉVANOU, we take the time to talk to you about your hobbies and about watches, and provide you with a consultation.

    We also offer free demagnetization services at our stores.

    We also have a timegrapher available for anyone to use.

  • 60-month interest-free shopping loan

    Customers who make purchases can take advantage of a shopping loan with no interest or fees for up to 60 installments .

    As part of our environmentally friendly recycling program, CONTÉVANOU also offers appraisals and purchases .

    You sell your watch, the purchase price is used as a down payment , and you can use the difference to purchase a new watch.

    The watches we receive will be restored in our store and passed on to their next owners through charity auctions or collectors around the world, making them useful in a way that contributes to society.

  • Restoration Program

    We are professionals in watches and jewelry.

    Even if other stores have refused to repair your watch or jewelry, we may be able to repair it. Please come to our store first to check whether or not it can be repaired.

    All products sold in our store are genuine. We will adjust and service the products appropriately in accordance with the standards of each manufacturer.

  • 3-year liability insurance

    To prepare for the unlikely event of an accident, you can purchase GMC Guarantee (3-year comprehensive movable property insurance).

    For the first three years after signing up for the membership card, repairs can be made with a 1,000 yen deductible . *The compensation limit varies depending on the number of years that have passed since purchase.

    This service is available exclusively at carefully selected member shops from among authorized retailers nationwide.
