Returns and Exchanges
CONTÉVANOU, an authorized watch and jewelry distributor, has established the following return and exchange conditions to ensure our customers can shop with peace of mind. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.
1. Regarding initial defects and damage during delivery
Please check the contents immediately after receiving the product.
If there is any initial defect or damage during delivery , please contact us within 3 days of arrival.
1-1. We will check the situation and provide you with the appropriate options of repair, replacement, or refund .
1-2.The shipping costs will be borne by our store.
*Please cooperate in storing the product including the outer box and accessories so that we can check its condition.
2. Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
Due to the nature of high-value and precision items (watches and jewelry), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience .
(Examples: different from the image, wrong size, wrong order, different color than expected, etc.)
3. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
3-1. Used or used products
3-2. Products that have undergone belt adjustment , link shortening, etc. (including in-store/outside)
3-3. Products that have been damaged, soiled or scratched by the customer
3-4. If any accessories (box, warranty card, tag, links, instruction manual, etc.) are missing
3-5.Sale items/special promotional items (special items will be listed on the product page when applicable)
3-6. Items that our store determines cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable, this will be stated on the product page)
4. Repairs and maintenance (after-sales service)
For genuine products, we provide warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
Please feel free to contact us regarding any problems, adjustments, or maintenance (overhauls, etc.) after purchase.
Depending on the symptoms, repairs and inspections may take some time.
5. Refund Method (if a refund occurs)
If a refund is issued, it will be made in the prescribed manner depending on the payment method.
*Depending on the timing of processing by the payment company, it may take several days for the refund to be reflected.
