Watch battery replacement and size adjustment available same-day
At CONTÉVANOU, our authorized dealer, we value the basics of a watch store and can replace your watch battery on the same day .
Leaving the battery dead can lead to internal deterioration and malfunction, so we recommend replacing it as soon as possible .
We carry a wide range of brands, including Cartier, Omega, Bulgari, Seiko, and Citizen, as well as no-brand watches.
Watch battery replacement fee table
- Domestic: ¥1,100 and up
- Imported: ¥1,650~
*Prices may vary depending on whether a secondary battery is included and the watch's structure.

Packing replacement
Packing replacement: ¥1,100 (tax included)
To maintain the water resistance of your watch, the back cover contains a rubber gasket. This should be replaced as necessary to prevent the water resistance from deteriorating over time.
*Depending on the type of watch, a water resistance test may be required (approximately one week).
*When working, we take safety into consideration by oiling the gaskets and checking for magnetic charges.
Cleaning and polishing (quote required)

*Cleans away dust and sebum stains.
・Case polishing (three hands): ¥9,900 (tax included)

Demagnetizing your watch
Demagnetization: ¥0 (free service)
We use a specialized demagnetizer to quickly check and demagnetize your watch. We also use a compass to check the condition and demagnetize your watch in a short time.
Belt size adjustment

・Imported: ¥1,650 (tax included)
*Adjust the links of the bracelet to fit the size.
*Depending on the type of watch, we may need to keep it.

Storage period
Your item will be stored at our store for six months from the date of notification that the repair is complete .
- If you do not pick up your watch within 6 months after we notify you of completion: We will not be responsible for any changes in the condition of the watch.
- If you do not collect the item within one year after we notify you of completion, it will be disposed of.
In addition, if we temporarily store your item while your repair is pending, the storage period will be up to six months . If the storage period has expired, we will contact you and return the item to you.
*If we are unable to contact you within six months, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership and will dispose of the item.
