Please let us assess whether restoration is possible at our shop. Of course, demagnetization and strap adjustments for products purchased at our store are done free of charge. Let us adjust your wristwatch and jewelry to fit your wrist according to the season. The products we handle are officially authorized items. You can enroll in the GMC Guarantee (a comprehensive property insurance for 3 years) for peace of mind in case of an accident.
For 3 years* after joining the membership card, repairs can be made with a deductible of 1,000 yen. *The compensation limit changes based on the number of years after purchase. This service is available only at selected member shops among authorized retailers nationwide. You can apply for it at the store when purchasing a wristwatch.
