To ensure you are satisfied with our after-sales service, we always engage in conversations with customers about their hobbies or about watches in our store. During this time, we also offer free cleaning of bracelets and demagnetization of watches. We have a timegrapher available as well. Anyone can use it, so please feel free to consult us.

60-time interest-free shopping loan
We offer interest-free shopping loans for up to 60 installments to customers who make a purchase. Any interest incurred will be paid by our company. This applies to all visitors to our store and customers who have seen our store online. We invite you to come with your family and friends.

Circulation Program
Environmentally friendly with a recycling program. We also conduct appraisals and purchases. This is a system where you can sell your watch, use the purchase amount as a down payment, and pay the difference to buy a new wristwatch. These products are restored by us and are used to promote world peace through charity auctions and collectors around the globe. Please use our store not only for purchasing but also as a bridge to connect with coexistence with nature. Since we entrust the appraisal to an external specialized system, the payment will be made a few days later. Thank you for your understanding.

Repair Program
We are professionals in watches and jewelry. We may be able to restore wristwatches and jewelry that have been refused repair at other stores. Please let us assess whether restoration is possible at our shop. Of course, demagnetization and strap adjustments for products purchased at our store are done free of charge. Let us adjust your wristwatch and jewelry to fit your wrist according to the season. The products we handle are officially authorized items. The products we sell will be adjusted according to the standards of each manufacturer. Please feel free to consult with us.

Three years of liability insurance
You can enroll in the GMC Guarantee (a comprehensive property insurance for 3 years) for peace of mind in case of an accident.
For 3 years* after joining the membership card, repairs can be made with a deductible of 1,000 yen. *The compensation limit changes based on the number of years after purchase. This service is available only at selected member shops among authorized retailers nationwide. You can apply for it at the store when purchasing a wristwatch.
