Collection: Tutima Glashütte

Tutima Glashütte is a watch manufacturer that was founded in 1845 in Glashütte, Germany. From the beginning, it aimed to create high-quality watches that could compete with Swiss brands.

At that time, the high-precision watches produced by UROFA and UFAG in Glashütte were said to have been named "Tutima", derived from the Latin word tutus, meaning "safe".
After World War II, the company moved its base to West Germany while continuing the manufacture and sale of watches. Under the management of Mr. Delécarte, it overcame the quartz crisis of the 1970s and has been known as Tutima since 1983. At CONTÉVANOU, we provide guidance with the assurance of authenticity and a reliable after-sales service system.

TUTIMA

In April 2013, Tutima announced a completely new collection aimed at experts, featuring Saxon One, Grand, Flieger, M2, Patria.

What these have in common is that they are the first Tutima collection produced in Glashütte in 68 years.

Taking a step back into the past opens the way to the future—this series is proof of that.

That is why Tutima is also referred to as "the instruments of Glashütte."
