About Returns and Exchanges
At the official retailer of watches and jewelry CONTÉVANOU, we have established the following conditions for returns and exchanges to ensure that our customers can shop with peace of mind. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
1. Regarding initial defects and damage during delivery
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product.
In the unlikely event that there is an initial defect or damage during delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
1-1. We will appropriately guide you on either repair, exchange, or refund after confirming the situation with us.
1-2. We will cover the shipping costs in this case.
* Please cooperate by keeping the outer box and accessories for condition verification.
2. Returns and exchanges for customer reasons
Due to the nature of high-value and precision items (watches and jewelry), as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
(Examples: differences in image, size differences, order mistakes, color discrepancies, etc.)
3. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
3-1. Products that have been used or show signs of use
3-2. Products that have undergone belt adjustments or other modifications (including in-store/external)
3-3. Products that have been damaged, soiled, or broken while in the customer's possession
3-4. If there are missing accessories (box, warranty, tags, links, instruction manual, etc.)
3-5. Sale items/special promotion items (as noted on the product page when applicable)
3-6. Items deemed non-returnable for hygiene reasons by our store (as noted on the product page when applicable)
4. Repairs and maintenance (after-sales service)
For officially handled products, we will provide warranty services based on the manufacturer's regulations.
Please also consult us regarding any issues, adjustments, or maintenance (such as overhaul) after purchase.
Depending on the symptoms, repairs and inspections may take some time.
5. Refund methods (in case a refund occurs)
In the event of a refund, we will process it according to the prescribed method based on the payment method.
* Depending on the processing timing of the payment company, it may take time for the refund to be reflected.
